We can also assist patients by completing special authority forms and sending them to the doctor to get certain medications covered. This allows patients access to their optimal medication regimen while reducing their out-of-pocket costs.
One of the most significant barriers to patient counseling and provision of accurate health information is the language barrier. Wellness Pharmacy consists of a multicultural team that reflects the diversity in our community. This not only provides a sense of relief and comfort to the patient as they can converse in their preferred language but also assists in the provision of health information as well. Our staff are able to speak the following languages fluently:

For languages that we are unable to interpret, we do our best to utilize available resources to help facilitate communication, which may include translation apps or interpreter services.
