Keeping Each Other Safe

Wellness Pharmacy is committed to remaining open and available to all during this challenging time. We are taking measures to ensure our store is a safe environment, while also looking at ways to make it easy for you to get essential items with minimal physical contact. Your health and safety and that of our staff will always come first. To ensure everyone’s safety, we ask that we make the following promises to each other:

Our promises to you

• We will ensure exceptional sanitation and cleaning procedures are being practiced
• We have implemented policies that mandate staff to stay home if they are unwell
• We will enforce social distancing measures within the store
• Hand sanitizer and handwashing facilities are readily available to all staff
• Hand sanitizers are available to all customers
• We have installed plexiglass barriers to prevent droplets from spreading between our staff and our customers
• All staff are required to wear a mask and/or face shield
• We use UV-C lights to disinfect the air and surfaces after closing each day
• We will stay up to date on the latest COVID-19 recommendations and studies so we can stay ahead of the curve in prevention strategies and treatment guidelines

Your promises to us

• If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or have symptoms of COVID-19 (including, but not limited to, fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath), please help us keep everyone safe by staying home and using our contactless delivery service
• If you have underlying health conditions or are concerned about contracting COVID-19, please feel free to use our contactless delivery service or drive-thru (if available)
• You agree to follow the social distancing guidelines implemented by the BC CDC to protect yourself, other customers, and our staff
• If you have any questions about any of our safety measures, please feel free to ask us or call us
